Clear Health (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides the Chrome extension Data Copier – User Enrollments (“the Extension”). This policy explains what data the Extension handles and how it is used.
Single Purpose
The Extension has a single, narrow purpose: to help authorized Clear Health support staff copy user enrollment information (e.g., full name and email address) from one Clear Health portal and paste it into another.
Data Collected and Processed
Personally identifiable information: The Extension may temporarily handle full name and email address strictly to complete the copy–paste action.
No Sensitive Categories: The Extension does not collect health, financial, authentication, location, web history, or user activity data.
How Data Is Used
Data is processed locally within the user’s browser to populate form fields on authorized Clear Health portals.
Temporarily cached values (if any) are stored using the browser’s local storage solely to complete the paste action.
No data is transmitted to external servers or third parties.
Data Sharing and Sale
We do not sell, transfer, or share user data with third parties. Data is not used for advertising, analytics, profiling, or lending/creditworthiness determinations.
Security
All logic runs within the extension package; we do not use remote code.
No network requests are made by the Extension to send user data outside of the user’s device.
User Controls
You can remove any locally cached values by clearing your browser’s site data or removing the Extension.
Use of the Extension is restricted to authorized Clear Health staff on company portals.
